Nestled in the Sonoran Desert, this resort blends historic charm with modern design, offering a relaxed yet refined atmosphere surrounded by palm-lined courtyards and mountain views. Orion180 will be buying out the entire property, ensuring a private and exclusive experience for all attendees.

For your convenience, the nearest airports to Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows are Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), located 16 miles away, and Scottsdale Municipal Airport (SCF), just 8 miles away.
All guests are required to arrive by Monday, October 20th, 2025, no later than 12:00 PM MT.

H1 Hummer Tour
If you're a rough-and-tumble tourist who perfers an up close and personal experience, you've made the right choice. Explore the Bulldog Canyon Trail, which winds through the Sonoran Desert, offering panoramic views of the Superstition Mountains. The land in this part of AZ is wild and untamed, but rugged landscape is no problem in a Hummer H1.
Desert ATV Tour
Your guided ATV tour will offer you glimpses of the rugged beauty that surrounds you—and you'll take it all in from the front seat of your ATV. You'll ford seasonal creeks, traverse sandy washes, ascend rocky slopes, and zoom along the flat desert trail. You don't want to miss this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Salt River Drift
Float down the Lower Salt River on this guided rafting trip and discover a scenic and relaxing desert oasis just outside Phoenix. Swim and relax on the river or soak in the scenery. A literal oasis in the vast Sonoran Desert, attracting a multitude of birds and wildlife. You may have the opportunity to catch a glimpse of Arizona's wild horses!
Horseback Riding
Experience the thrill of a true western adventure. Saddle up and explore the breathtaking beauty of the Sonoran Desert, with its stunning mountain ranges and lush river valleys as your backdrop. Expert trail guides lead you through winding desert paths, offering fascinating insights and assistance as you ride through canyons and ridges.
Desert Hiking Tour
When your boots meet the desert, we will examine the unique adaptations of otherworldly cacti and desert vegetation while discussing life ways and survival strategies of the animals that make this land home. Take note of seasonal blooms and migratory birds as we learn how settlers throughout history thrived in this environment. Bring your camera!
GrayHawk Golf Club
Open to everyone since its establishment in 1994, Grayhawk Golf Club features two par-72 golf courses – Talon and Raptor – engineered with their own distinctive personalities. Talon offers a desert-style test of golf that skirts thick stands of Sonoran Desert and box canyons on the way to large multi-tiered greens.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my spouse attend Accelerate25?
Your spouse is welcome to stay in your hotel room. However, unless pre-approved by your Territory Manager, spouses or other guests will not be included in any scheduled meals, sessions, or on-site events.
Can I arrive before or stay after the event dates?
Yes. If you plan to arrive early or stay beyond the scheduled event dates, please email accelerate@orion180.com to request additional nights at your own expense. Please confirm interest before September 05.
How do I request travel reimbursement?
Please email all travel receipts to accelerate@orion180.com by November 14, 2025.
Reimbursement is limited to $500 per room.
Travel costs for +1 guests are not eligible for reimbursement.
Can I drive instead of flying to the event?
Yes, driving is permitted as an alternative to flying. If you choose to drive, include a map showing your mileage from home to the resort when submitting for reimbursement.
Reimbursement for driving will be calculated at $0.70 per mile.
Where can I find event details and updates?
All official event information, including the schedule, sessions, and logistics, is available on the Accelerate25 event landing page at Orion180.com/Accelerate25. Please refer to this page for the most up-to-date information.
How do I know if I qualified to attend?
The full Accelerate25 qualification criteria have been distributed separately. If you are unsure about your status or have questions, please contact your Territory Manager for clarification.
What time should I arrive at the resort?
Please plan to arrive at the Andaz Scottsdale Resort between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival day.

Can I charge personal expenses to my room?
Yes. You will have the option to provide a personal credit card at check-in to cover any personal charges such as room service or items from the in-room mini bar.
If no card is provided at check-in, you will not be permitted to charge items to your room and will need to use a personal card for any on-site purchases.
A standard $100 per day incidental hold will be placed on your card.
Is valet parking available at the resort?
Yes, valet parking is available. The cost of valet service is not covered by Orion180 but can be submitted as part of your travel reimbursement request.
Is attendance required at all scheduled events?
Yes. Attendance at all official sessions, meals, and networking events is required for Accelerate25 attendees. Failure to attend scheduled events may result in disqualification from future events.
Can I bring additional agents from my office?
No. Attendance is limited to those who qualified. Additional agents may only attend if pre-approved by your Territory Manager.
When is personal or free time scheduled?
Free time is scheduled on Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Can I bring children to the event?
No. This is a professional business event. Children are not permitted to attend or stay in the hotel room during the event.
Will transportation to and from the airport be provided?
No, there will not be scheduled group transportation. PHX airport is located 35 minutes from the resort. An Uber code will be sent in October.
